You can apply for MBA but with the graduation percentage less then 50 will be a big problem and you won't be even sit in all the MBA exams. You will be only allowed to sit for the XAT exam and a few more state exams.

But the problem will not end there because even after scoring a very good score and a very high percentile you won't be able to apply in many colleges as most of the colleges have min 50% in graduation as their eligibility criteria so as to further evaluate the candidate.

And in the colleges where there is not as such criteria will not be good enough in any of the parameters like faculty, infrastructure, placements etc.
