During applying for IMUCET form you don't need to submit your 12th marksheet.
Your marksheet will be mandatory during counseling and admission process.

Dear Kuldeep, in the section of uploading of documents, you should upload 10th standard marks sheet as proof of date of birth, 12th Standard Certificate and any Category Certificate if applicable. Your Marks sheet will be mandatory during cpunselling and admission.
