Sir is 92.22 percentile score is enough to get HBTU OR JAMIA MILIA ISLAMIA OR ANY NIT FOR OBC STUDENTS?

You will have rank around 70000 in general cateogry and 20000 in obc cateogry.
Now you have less chances of getting admission in NITs,IIITs but can get some GFTIs. You have very high chance of getting HBTU kanpur. You can get any branch you want.
But in JMI you have less chance till 6th round, but you may get some branch there in spot round.
These were the trend based on last year. Hope it helps!

Yeah definitely you have scored well and your percentile will surely get you an admission in HBTU and JAMIA or ant other NITs but you are not gonna get CSE in any NITS but you can get CSE in HBTU or JAMIA. Just wait for the cutoffs to be released.
