Sir is it legal to give bihar board 12th exam again after 2 years with changing stream...In first time i have been passed out with PCM but now i want to do with PCB for preparation of neet.sir plzz answer this...

Hi,
Once you have completed the class 12th from a certain board then you can't reappear for the exam from the same board. Since you have completed the exam, your details and everything is already stored there on their portal and system and doing the exam again will be against rules considering that you have passed the exam already.
