Hey Hari,
It is quite boring to work and deal with the same faces for 6 years. And most importantly there is no room for errors. But still it is all about your passion. If that is your passion then go for it. Take some more opinions, take your time and decide! There will always be pluses and minuses in every aspect of your life. Nothing is perfect, ever! You try your best to make things perfect for yourself and others!
