Dear Robin, JIPMER has no correction window and so no edits or exceptions will be alowed.  And an error in the Id proof will cost you dearly when you have to take the same Id proof for the exam centre. We suggest you reregister with new credentials and fill in a new application form. This means another payment but it is atleast better than not being allowed to the exam due to incorrect information.
