The eligibility criteria for Kirori Mal College, Delhi (KMC) is based on cutoff. For BSc. in Physical Sciences with Computer Science (which I assume is the course you are asking about since you wrote BCS and this is the closest to it), you need to have passed your 12th grade exams from a recognised board with the subjects PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with at least 70% in these subjects individually to apply. There are only 35 seats and the cut off changes every year. Last year the cut off was 94.33% for General Category, 93% for OBC, 89% for SC, 86% for ST and 88% for KM.

So, you are eligible to apply but will not get selected according to the cutoff. There are other colleges in Delhi University where you can apply with this cut off but this again depends on your caste.

Irrespective of that you can try for these colleges with respect to their last year cut offs-

3. Shyam Lal College

4. Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College
