There are number of fields under MBA from which you can decide . Generally all the colleges offer four fields under MBA course - Marketing , Finance , HR and Operations. On the basis of your interest in the field and considering the placements of the college with value addition to your personality after reading the particular field ,you can decide the subject which you are going to study. There is nothing specific that you can study MBA from HR only. If you want to study HR ,then you can take HR as your specialization subject in the 2nd year.
