Sir l got 73.30 persantile in 2020 January exams. Can I get nit seat. my catogiry is Obc

The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. But as per the previous year cutoff with this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

You can try for the state level counseling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
