You have not mentioned the university about which you want to get information about, but i will assume you are seeking help for the BHU admissions, if that's not the case, do let me know. Coming back to your question, I would like you to know that with 3978 general rank, you are highly unlikely to get admission in the BHU. As the cut off rank last year for the b.com hons last year was 1231 and it remains around 1200-1300 only. Hope this helps, thank you for asking question here at careera360.
