Hey.
To be eligible to take the JEE mains 2019 the Candidates must have passed class XII or equivalent qualifying exam in 2017 or 2018 or must be appearing in 2019. Considering that you have passed your 12th boards in 2016, you do not seem to be eligible for JEE Mains.
