For chemistry you must follow the NCERT only and for Physics and Maths you could use a book from MTG having atleast 16 yrs or 45 yrs combined set of previous year questions. Or you could also use the Arihant publishing reference books.

Aerospace engineering courses are offered by the IITs only. And for admission to these institutes, you first need to qualify JEE Main and then JEE Advanced.
Also, you don't need to stduy any separate book for admission into this course as the syllabus for the exam for all the courses is the same, and so is the question paper.
