Hello student yes you can appear in improvement examination and increase your percentage in class 12. And yes after passing improvement examination you're eligible to appear in Jee advance also.
This year MHRD minister scrapped minimum 75 percent marks eligibility criteria for IIT's, you need to obtain only passing certificate only to get admission in IIT's.
