Hello Aspirant,
As per the official, The Candidates who are due to appear for the qualifying examination or have appeared, but results are awaited, are also eligible to appear in the UPSEE However, the candidates in respect of whom, the result of the qualifying examination has not been declared till the date of the document verification will not be eligible for admission.
