Your marks scored in class 11th to not have any importance in enu clearing JEE advance or not futures need above 75% aggregate in your class 12th board exams.

Your academic performance in Class 11 is not considered for your eligibility criteria for JEE exam. But, You have to score 75% in Class 12 Boards. If you have a back in Class 11, you can reattempt the paper and pass.

Taking about your chances, if you work hard during the summer vacation, you can prepare yourself on the topics of Class 11. These are also very important for both JEE Main and Advanced. You will have the same chances like any other candidate. It is your efforts that matters. I would say, technically you have 100% chances.
