Hello.
We cannot say pass or fail in jee mains. There will be cutoff percentile to qualify for the advanced. Since you have 25 percentile you have very less chances of getting promoted to advanced evenugh you belong to sc category .
Not to worry you will be having one more chance in April . I suggest you to improve your percentile in the April so that you will be having more chances to qualify for the advanced.
