Yeah definitely you can able to write the JEE MAINS examination which will held in the April session that doesn't matter whether you are going to give JEE MAINS January session or not. But yaah make sure one thing that the registration window for JEE mains April session will start from February 8 - March 7 and the exam will be from April 6 - April 20.
