for thsi you may have to resubmit it again withh filling all the detaisl again and with proper carefully. this is teh only option for you, all the best have a great future ahead.

If you have already submitted the application form, it might not be possible to make the correction. I would suggest you call up the help-line centres of the exam adn enquire if there is any way for you to make the correction.
