Hello student if the counselling process is over then you can't get admission as admission is subjects to availability of seats and generally if candidates don't appear at time of counselling they allot their seat to another deserving candidates, i request you to please help me with the course/college you're concerned about so that I can check and provide you the exact information about the same.
