Hello rohit,hope you're doing well,on the basis of your rank,you can get enrolled in civil branch of various colleges in bihar like:-
•Mit Muzaffarpur
•Darbhanga college of engineering
•pstc vaishali
These were the few colleges good for civil engineering which you might get.
You can also try for bce bhagalpur and rest other colleges too as you want civil engineering.
