Hey Mithun,
The ranks are not declared by NTA so its too early to say anything about cutoff. If cutoff is around 70 percentile then you have chances to get nit college but if cutoff goes high then you may not get nit college. The ranks will be declared in month of April and after that you will come to know about the cutoff of nits.
