If you could get a seat in IIIT's and NIT's ( Chances are less ) , then go for tgem.
Atleast they are well reputated and better than Chandigarh University.

You have very less chances of getting nit. You may get some lower iiit . And both will be better than Chandigarh University.

Don't worry.
You will get PEC, CHANDIGARH but you will have to wait till last rounds or you may need to participate even in the SPECIAL LAST CSAB ROUND.
Just be prepared for it.
