Sachin if you have qualified jee mains then you can go for jee mains counselling irrespective of your rank.

Bro your rank is good and you don't need to take any tension, ofcourse you are eligible for counseling.
For this i will prefer you a private college .but you should go gor 2 nd round counseling.

Bhai itna tension n le kyuki cuttoff agar clear bhi karta na tho phir bhi nit ya iiit nhii milta agar ache marks.hote tho milta ,aur lekin teri rank achi hau jo ki.private college me addmisision k liye kaphi hai....
