Every time YouTube is not right. A University is fake if the University doesn't comes with the accreditation from UGC (University Grant Commission). But according to the official website of University Grants Commission, this University is not fake. This University has accreditation from University Grants Commission.

However, there is a possibility that this University is not as good as other state and central universities like Delhi University but it's definitely not a fake University
