sir my 10 passing certificate is in the degree college and they are not giving it back and i only have the xerox copy of passing certificate. Can i upload that xerox copy or the original is required?

Better you ask your institution again to release the original certificate. You can apply with the xerox copy but you need the original while appearing in the exam hall as well as at the time of counselling and admission.
