Sir my 10 persentage is 68%but my 12persentage is 43% i can apply or not

It's quite clear your 10th and 12th scores are way off the chart. So, I'll suggest you should focus on those colleges which don't consider previous records or which has low weightage to 10th and 12th scores. Try to leverage in undergrad. As there are many institutes which focuses on undergraduate scores too much. In such situations, you'll be able to convert without hurdle.

See the point is you cannot change anything now. Try to maximize your graduation and prepare well for as many b-school entrance exam as possible.
