Musaib, to get admission into BHMS course first you have to appear for the Medical entrance exam then according to the score in that exams and your 12th PCB group score you might get admission into the BHMS course.
To apply for the Medical entrance exam the PCB score is considered so you should have minimum 50% PCB aggregate if you belong to open(general)category and 40% PCB aggregate if you belong to reserved categorize.

In order to pursue bhms , you need to clear neet examination and for that you need to be eligibile for it , now you have got an aggregate of 135 marks in PCB i.e 45 % aggregate in pcb; so if you belong to general category then you are not be eligible for Neet examination and thus you cannot do bhms but in case if you belong to obc, sc and st categories then you are eligible for neet examination with your percentage as only 40 % aggregate in pcb is required for students belonging to these categories.
You can check the neet eligibility criteria provided below :-
- To be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old by December 31st, 2020 .
- You should get at least 50 % aggregate in pcb in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.
- There's no upper age limit for neet 2020.
- Students with biology as an additional subject are also eligible for neet 2020.
