MBM college accepts admissions for its B.Tech program only through REAP.
I need to clear one thing that 12th percentage has nothing to do with REAP rank. And it is just useful for eligiblity purpose and you are eligible.
Now talking about the cutoff. MBM is one of the most preffered college in Rajasthan and the CS branch has the highest cutoff. Taking your marks in consideration you have a fair chance of getting CSE in MBM.
But for sure shot selection you REAP rank should be below 200.
