sir my aiims 2017 score was 72% was i am eligible for to take adm. in aiims college last yr?

With a percentage of 72 per cent in AIIMS you must have had a very high rank so yes you would have been eligible for a seat had you applied last year .

no sir that was my mistake that i am confused about its counselling process plz tell me about its process that could help me becoz i am also applied for aiims exam to this yr ...that it is possible to take admission on basis of last yr mark.....?
