Sir my bcece 2019 UR rank is 3959 and BC rank is 1563. Is any chance to get bhagalpur or mujaffarpur?

Hello aspirant , it is quite difficult to get into BCE Bhagalpur with OBC quota as well, WITH this rank. BCE Bhagalpur is the best Government Engineering College of Bihar. Cutoff goes high. A candidate from OBC category need to get a rank within 1200 or within 1100 for sure selection, BCE. With 3959 rank it is difficult to get in BCE. Gor Muzaffarpur as well the cut off is high , but lower than BCE, still with rank even in OBC category it is hard to get there.
