As per the cutoffs released for qualifying to JEE advanced from JEE mains a general candidate must have secured 89.7548849 percentile in JEE mains. Anyone securing percentile equal to or greater than this number is eligible for JEE advanced. Since 79.6 is lower than the general category cutoff so you are not eligible for JEE advanced 2019.
