Yes u are eligible for jee advance this year cutoff for obc is 45

Yes you are qualified for JEE Advanced. Since cutoff for JEE Mains for OBC Category Candidates is 45 marks in JEE Mains 2018. You have secure more that 45 marks so you are qualified for JEE Advanced.
