Hi yusuf,
Your daughter is so lucky who can take advantage of both states Karnataka and Goa in studies and understood their behaviour.
But I say one thing honestly that your daughter is very little when she studied in Karnataka but when she started studies in Goa she is going to mature day by day with Goa environment.
So if you have not any problem with goa then you must prefer goa.
