Yes you can attempt the UPSC Civil Services exam in 2026 if you belong to any reserved category like OBC, SC, ST.
Your date of birth: 03 September 1991
For the general category the maximum age limit is 32 years as of 1st august of the exam year.

for UPSC 2026 the cutoff date is 01 august 2026

you will be 34 years old on that date

so you are not eligible if you are from the general or EWS category.

for OBC the age limit is 35 years

for SC/ST the age limit is 37 years
