Hey Rajesh,
Your marks are not quite good for admission to majority of the B.Com colleges. Still though you belong from obc category and have reservation you can try for many of the government colleges. You need to wait for the 3rd or 4th list if declared by the respected college.
You can also try for GGSIPU CET exam.You need to pass this entrance exam for taking admission to GGSIPU colleges for Bcom(hons)/pass or BBA if you are applying for.
