Sir my father is NRI and having salary income 60-70k per month that exceeds 8lakh and ranges 10-12 lakh per annum .we have this only source of income no other than father's salary ..so I ma eligible to get OBC NCL certificate? or will it have any problem or complications in future .

here is the set of details regarding the eligibility criteria for any candidate to belong to OBC NCL category-
In order to qualify as an OBC non-creamy layer candidate, the applicant's parents' annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs. Salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income. Here are the steps which you need to follow in order to get your respective application form-
Visit the state's social welfare portal.
Click on “apply for caste certificate”.
Create an account and fill the online application.
Submit the required data with proof.
