in my 10 /12 certificate my father name is mentioned but in my exam form my father name is not mentioned and also in addhar card and pan card it is not mentioned then it will cause any issue?

Dear aspirant, the most important document durimg a passport are class 10th certificate and adhar card, as you said that both have different names then it will effect the approval . So it is better to get your adhar card updated or change your name officially.
