Chances are minimal.You could try interdisciplinary branches are some of the iits like bombay and all .Check the cutoffs.
You got 515 from OBC category.There are some branches like biological enginering in iit rorkee where you can try.But wait for last rounds of councelling as cutoffs for the first rounds are ridiculuosly high.
