Sir my general rank in bcece is 11500 and EBC rank is 2653. I have not got seat any college. What changes a 3rd round counseling???

There is no change in the third counseling, all the vacant seats will be filled in the third counseling.

Is this time 3rd round will we done....Bcoz their are no any updates for 3rd round on bcece site....
