I cant under stand what is 3900. But taking your CRL as 30000 you have chances in NIT AP under home state quota. Expecting results to be somewhat similar to last year you can try for-
- Bio Technology
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Metallurgy and Material Engineering
- Mechanical and Electrical(less chnces)
