For your rank getting NIT campus will be difficult. If you have reservation category then you can apply for government engineering college in your domicile state along with home state quota.
Cutoff will b less for home state quota+ your category.
To get CSE branch, you have to apply for private engineering college. You can get for sure. Look out for private college option in your state.
