Sir my jee mains score is 109 in april 8 shift 1 . Which could be the best college to opt for? Can i get nit in general category ?

It will depend upon your HOME STATE. If your home state NIT has low cutoff then you will get in under your Home State quota.
If you aren't getting seat under Home State quota in the primary rounds then do go for Spot counselling. At least you may get lower NITs there.
