Dear the fee difference varies from college to college and the government quota is given to students who falls under reserved category of differently abled category and fees for them is less then the management quota .

Government Quota seats are offered only after qualifying the entrance exam and the selection rounds (if any) while Management quota seats are reserved in some institutes for the students with low academic scores who can pay for seats. That's why Government quota seats are cheaper than Management quota seats. Usually, top colleges in any stream do not offer management quota seats.
