sir my maths marks Is 74 but overall 12 percentage is 85 and only pcm percentage is 80 percent can i give jee advanced or get admisson nit?

Yes you can get into the iit the eligibility is that aggregate of PCM subjects it should be more than 75% in your criteria you are eligibility criteria is OK the thing is if you qualified for jee mains with certain cutoff then your can write advance
