Well,yes your daughter is eligible to pursue graduation in Bachelor of Arts after competing diploma in civil. But before applying in any University or College make sure,you are fully aware of it's admission policy. You can go for IGNOU(Indira Gandhi National Open University) that gives you chance to study BA without going to classes regularly.The minimum eligiblity criteria is to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with any stream. While,some universities take admission based on the entrance test,there are universities which give admission on the basis of your performance in 12th boards.
