helo aspirant, just be clear about your aim what you  want to do either join startup or prepare for an ias exam. both have difficulties in it. if you have interest in enterprenurship than go for startup. if have interest in politics and welfare of state than u can go for ias exam, if you want to be a civil servant. make your decision wisely and correctly. take your decision regarding you family also. consult with your family, your parents.
