Sir my obc certificate is issued by delhi nct and it is written that we are ordinally resides in delhi but i am from uttar pardesh but doing my schooling from delhi itself will i get the reservation or not ?

OBC reservation depends on the state.
If your OBC certificate is issued by Delhi NCT, then you will get OBC reservation only in Delhi state colleges and Delhi quota seats.
For Central Government colleges (like JEE, NEET, DU central quota, etc.), your caste must be in the Central OBC list and the certificate must be valid for Central Government use. State does not matter there.
For Uttar Pradesh state colleges, a Delhi OBC certificate is not valid. You need an OBC certificate issued by Uttar Pradesh.
Schooling from Delhi does not decide reservation.
Reservation is decided by the state that issued your OBC certificate and the college’s quota.
