Sir my percentile is 77 in pcm board theory in 12th science gseb and 70 percentile in gujcet so in which should I apply admission to do CSE?

Yes you can..
& You can CSE as well.
In gujarat there are more seats Then Number of Students applied & appeared for Gujcat..
So Mostly each students Have Choice..
You can Apply & You may get in to it..But the college level is different,Faculty are different from Top Colleges..Learning experience will different..
So If you are really interested in Learning Computer science Then you can go for it.
