It is very difficult to qualify the first round of counseling with a PPMET score of 34 and only 21% marks because cutoffs for the first round tend to be higher. You could suggest applying for the mop-up round or later rounds of counseling, where lower PPMET scores will sometimes be considered if no students of higher prevalence has been accepted after counselling.
