see the scholarship criteria varies college to college and it depends on the college or university authority , in general for sc or obc category or others reserve category students some colleges provide merit cum means scholarship, however as per the merit base scholarship, scholarship is given based on previous academic record. you did not mention the particular college name, so mention the particular institute name, we may help you with necessary details.
